Gift Certificates
Paper gift certificates purchased in person are only valid for one year from the date of purchase. The amount can be applied to any Maria Conte Program or course offered. They are not redeemable for cash or transferable to anyone else. Lost and stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. To redeem gift certificates: they must be presented at the moment the customer is enrolling in the program. Paper gift certificates cannot be used to pay for online classes.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, individual and group in-person classes will be canceled. Students will be contacted by Maria Conte through the email address provided. A makeup class will be offered at a later date.
Refunds
All of the programs are to be prepaid. If you withdraw from a course or program at least five (5) business days before the start of a class, you may use the amount paid for course or event toward transfer to a course offered in next term. Transfer must be used for a course in next term. All requests for a full refund for withdrawal from course will incur a $25.00 processing fee. Request for withdrawal, transfer, or refund must be made in writing. If the program or event cost is $50 or less, there will be no refund issued for withdrawal. All course deposits, including private lessons, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Programs and events once they have started are non-refundable and non transferable.
